If You Could Only See What He Sees…

Dear Friend,

It’s 4:00am and I am wide open. God woke me up and I thought of you. I don’t know your name, or who you are, I just know one day you will read this.

Every once in a while, I have these moments, when God places someone on my heart so heavy, I can’t help but feel their pain, struggle, or emotion. Tonight, its you that he put on my mind. For whatever day this reaches you, its the day he planned well in advance of your need or my lack of sleep.

He loves you. No matter what you have done, how long you have ignored him, or how far you have run, He sees you, He misses you, and He loves you with a love you and I will never even grasp this side of heaven. “Give me a chance…Just let me show you my love”, He says.

Friend, if you only knew. If you could only feel…If you would see what He sees. To Him, you are lovely, previous, irreplaceable.

…This world is a mess. The people closest to us, who were supposed to protect us, are the ones who hurt us most. The things that we hope to find relief (or distraction) in are the very things that cause us to stumble into more trouble and hurt. The accolades and accomplishments we strive for are just reminders that we don’t feel we are good enough, lovable, likeable, on our own.

What if, Just for today, you stepped away from your life as it is, and tried something different? What if, just for a moment, you gave Jesus a chance? Real thought and consideration? What’s the worst that could happen?

Sometimes we have fears that we don’t even know exist, yet they influence our thoughts, feelings, and actions. My hope is not that you attend church this Sunday and become a certified Bible thumper by Tuesday. My hope is that you will truly consider the fear and hesitation, the fear of letting Jesus in. Ask yourself, where did that even come from?

What if you just said “Hi?” What if you just crack open the door? What if you see what He has to say to you that is worth knocking without response for all these years?

If you let Him in, talked to Him, and want to chat about it, reach out to me via the comments section below or in the Contact Page. Not to buy something, subscribe, or be tempted with an ad for a new purse. I just want to hear from you, who I have yet to meet, and pray with you…so that we both can be encouraged by God’s amazing love – moving mountains and waking people up =)

This is Divinely inspired writing Abigail. I only found your writing through Bible Blogger today, who I only found through Anthony Baker today. I am posting this for my fb friends to see, as many need Jesus. I will also be looking forward to your writing in the future. God Bless you.

Thank you! You don’t know what your words mean to me… I am still in a very shaky, fragile, awkward stage of writing, so this helps to confirm what God can do. My husband always says “if God can speak to someone through a donkey, then he can use any one of us!”. I can only pray and have faith that I will reach who God intended. God bless you and your family!
